We pray the Almighty to keep you in good health.

We are honored to serve the people of Ashiana Greens and look forward to working with you to ensure our society’s exceptional quality of life. We pledge to lead with fiscal discipline, with transparency and by listening to residents. We appreciate your support and we are privileged to represent you.

It is our responsibility and pleasure to reach out and keep residents informed about our actions, governing philosophy and positions on the issues.
We thank to the founder members and residents due to their hard work and efforts our society has a unique distinction of being well planned and maintained residential society. Without any financial assistance from the government or outsiders, we are maintaining the essential services such as water supply, security, maintenance, maintenance of parks etc., by the contribution of our own members.

Our Vision for the future is to keep the Happiness Index of our society as high as possible. It is and will be our endeavor to keep our environment as pleasant and ecofriendly as possible. The Greenery of Ashiana is its lifeline. Our endeavor will be to maintain club and parks with high standard in order to provide space for our members to keep themselves busy physically and mentally. We are sure that the present cohesion among members will further improve and the bondage will be stronger in the future.

Since Ashiana Greens is a self-dependent residential society, its activities spreads in all the spheres. Important works are keeping uninterrupted electric supply, fogging, preventing mosquito breeding by keeping the drains clean, maintaining parks, street light, providing clean water supply to its members, maintaining its own security system, repair & maintenance of culverts,repair & maintenance of building and marketing complex and other related works. As we know, bigger the institution bigger are the challenges. There are some of issues on the aforesaid area which Ashiana Greens is facing and we hope we will resolve them going forward.

Honorable residents, we firmly believe that the society of Ashiana Greens is like one large family and problem of one member / resident is problem of a family and therefore, as responsible family member, it is our duty to take care of every need of the family member and make them feel happy and secure and develop the feel of harmony in the family.

Members of Ashiana being dignified and law abiding citizen are well aware of the challenges and there is no doubt that our members will continue to maintain the peace, harmony, brotherhood and dignity of this institution which is considered even today as GEM in the CROWN.

Ashiana has eminent serving and retired Doctors, Engineers, Administrator, officers, Professors and other eminent persons of different faculty as its members. We are privileged to have ladies and children members of exceptional qualities and brilliance among us. Having the ability and capacity to manage cultural events, they keep the spirit of life alive.

To cater the need of the family we have an active residents association and we are delighted to see their activeness and enthusiasm to serve the people of Ashiana.

Being Executive member of the RWA we feel whatever individual member’s view as they are free to express, they cannot have a negative view towards Ashiana as a family and THAT is what the RWA too have. We want to assure our members that when we speak for them, hopefully we do it in their best interests with no political bias. The AGRWA will do its best to speak on behalf of residents and hopefully help them to make the area a more pleasant place in which to live.

We thank to the amazing work of previous RWA. It has kept in touch with all the developments in our Society.
One woman or man can stand against a flood, but when many women and men stand together, they become much more powerful and Ashiana Greens can become powerful with support of each and every person living here.

We are extremely grateful to staff team of Ashiana Greens who have shown tremendous courage and commitment in serving the residents specially, during this pandemic of Covid 19. We are delighted that they are highly motivated on re-constitution of the new RWA and ready to give their best to serve the residents of Ashiana.

We are working on the financial budget and very soon we will come before you for its approval. We will also take your approval in respect of major development work on the aforesaid focus area/issues in the society,if required.
